So you are looking for someone to take your senior portraits. That happens to be my specialty. I love to go out where you are comfortable and take pictures of you just being you.I have several locations that I like to go to, but I’m also up for wherever you like to be. Before Your Session:

First things first – we need to get you on the calendar! Once we have a tentative date scheduled, you’ll receive a link for a contract and payment page. The session fee must be paid to finalize your session appointment. Your tentative date will be held for 72 hours pending session fee payment. If payment is not received by then, your time slot will be made available to someone else.

Before we ever meet to take your photos, we’ll need to decide on the style and locations for your session. You will receive a link to a Senior Survey after booking your session so I can design the perfect session for you. You will also receive a link to an online What to Wear guide that will take you through the steps to choosing the perfect wardrobe for your session. Professional hair styling an make up is included at no additional charge for the Classic session. However, 2 weeks notice is required to guarantee these appointments. I will try and get you scheduled if we have less time, but there is no guarantee.

Now that all the preliminary work is done, it’s time for your session!

At Your Session:

We’ll meet at the location we’ve discussed and get started! I encourage you to bring your mom, sister, best friend. It’s a lot more fun and relaxed with people you know to talk to. Someone you already know is going to be the best at bringing out your natural smile. We don’t do “cheese” so those natural smiles are a must!

Depending on the session you have chosen, Basic or Classic, we will shoot for the designated amount of time. With the Classic session, you can use as many sessions as we have time to get to. Please keep in mind that your session time includes all driving and dressing time, so if your locations are 20 min. apart, that’s 20 min. less shooting time we have. Speaking of dressing, I carry a pop-up dressing room with me, so you will be able to change clothes wherever we are.

If we are going to be using multiple locations, you will need to provide your own transportation. Due to insurance and liability issues, I am not able to transport clients.

During your session, I will likely take anywhere from 100 to 200 shots. I will then go through them and choose the absolute best 30-40 images to show you at your ordering appointment. If there is something in particular that is very important to be included, please be sure and tell me so that I can be sure that it makes the cut during my culling process.

After Your Session:

I will require 2-3 weeks to process your session images and order your proof set. While I’m doing this, you are going to be using the ordering worksheet that I will send you to decide what all prints you will need to order. If this is not done ahead of time, your ordering appointment will just be too over whelming.

While I try and do everything else as green as possible, proofing is where I go a little old school. We will meet at your home and I will present you with a printed 4×6 proof set of your images. We’ll talk about what prints you need, and what products you may be interested in. I will have several samples with me so you will be able to touch and see items before ordering them.

The purpose of this appointment is to place your order, so anyone who is making decisions regarding poses should be at this appointment. If you have family who live too far away to attend this meeting, an online gallery can be hosted for them to choose their pose after your order has been placed.

After your order is placed and payment has cleared, I will order your prints and products and you can expect to receive your order within 3 weeks of placing your order.

Payment Information:

Payment methods accepted are cash, check, Visa & Mastercard (credit or debit). Payment plans are available for any order of $1,000 or more, 50% of order payment will be due when order is placed and products will not be ordered until order is paid in full. No refunds will be given once order is signed off on.

Prices at the time the photo session is booked are guaranteed for 30 days after the photo session. After 30 days, any orders placed will be charged at prevailing prices. In the event of a special being introduced after you have booked your session but before you have ordered, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of that special.
